Our Childbirth Education Classes are offered in person. These classes are designed to give you and your support team comprehensive knowledge on the stages of labor, pain management options, and birthing techniques. We create an engaging and supportive environment where you can gain confidence and feel prepared for the journey ahead.
For a more personalized experience, we offer Private In-Home Childbirth Education sessions. These sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences, all from the comfort of your own home. Our goal is to provide you with focused, one-on-one education that empowers you to make informed decisions and feel ready for your unique birthing experience.
Our Labor Doula Services provide compassionate, continuous care throughout your labor and delivery. Our doulas are trained to offer physical and emotional support, using techniques like massage, breathing guidance, and personalized advocacy to help create a calm and empowering birth environment.

Originally from the Midwest, Lisa fell in love with Arizona while traveling as a nurse. With over 20 years of experience in labor and delivery, she is passionate about personalized, compassionate care that empowers women and includes their support systems.
Tonia Rausbeck
RN, Doula, Childbirth Educator

Tonia's journey began with the birth of her first child, igniting a lifelong passion for empowering women through childbirth. She transitioned from a successful career in real estate to become a labor and delivery nurse, driven to serve women with the highest level of care and support.
